Navigate to our Creator Welcome Center and Click "Apply Now". Note all Creators are verified before they can publish and sell their content, experiences, courses, merchandise etc.
We believe Creators should own the data about their Fans, and Fans should have the right to decide who has access to their contact information. Therefore, if a Fan consents, the Creator will have direct access to their basic contact information of their Fans including name and email. This allows the Creator to directly build a relationship with their Fans outside of TopFans.

TopFans is powered by TopFan, Inc., the leading Fan engagement technology company founded in 2013 and based in Denver, Colorado, USA. TopFans has been trusted for over 10 years by many top music artists, film/television studios, sports teams and global influencers. The TopFans mission is to help independent Creators create a direct connection with their most valued fans around the world. We believe Creators should be discoverable, have financial sustainability, and directly own the relationship with their Fans.
The safety of Creators and Fans is our top priority. We do not allow content that contains any form of nudity (including sexually suggestive swimwear and underwear content), or promotes hate or violence. Creators must follow the Terms of Service at all times.
There is no cost to use TopFans as a Creator or a Fan.
TopFans covers the cost of developing innovative features and keeping the service running 24x7 including all hosting, bandwidth, and technical support costs using a revenue share model from Fans purchasing content and merchandise from Creators. Our platform’s revenue share is amongst the lowest in the industry with approximately 90% of all revenue going directly to the Creator. Our transparent business model can be viewed here, and you will always see a detailed breakdown of any revenue share in your Wallet found on your Transaction History.
To become a Creator, you must be 18 years of age or older. You can register as a Fan once you reach the age of 16. However, the account is limited (i.e. you can’t send or receive direct messages, or post content into the chat rooms).
TopFans supports Creators and Fans from every country and has automatic translation technology supporting 243 languages.

In most cases, funds are available for withdrawal as soon as they clear third-party payment providers (i.e., credit card companies). This is commonly referred to as a Settlement Period, and the timing can be viewed inside your Wallet, found on your Transaction History. Certain things like physical merchandise or 1:1 personalized experiences may require confirmation of receipt by your Fan, before the funds can be withdrawn from your Wallet. You can choose to take a withdrawal to your connected bank account or spend it via your Wallet to support other Creators.
Yes. TopFans offers the most lucrative referral program in the Creator industry.
TopFans will pay you 5% gross of subscription, individual digital content and eCourse revenue made by the Creator you refer to the platform for twelve (12) full months after they create a TopFans account. Revenue from personal experiences, tips, direct messages, and physical merchandise is excluded from the referral program. Best of all, the 5% doesn’t come from the Creator you refer to the platform, it comes solely from TopFans’ share. If you trust TopFans for your Creator business, it would be our honor to also partner with the Creators who trust you.
TopFans offers Creators easy-to-use integrations with Shopify (merchandise), Bandsintown (events), MailChimp (email marketing), Brevo (email marketing), and Klaviyo (email marketing).
Yes, Creators and Fans can set the account to private under Edit Preferences -> Privacy & Password. When your account is private, only you will decide who can follow you and see your content.
Sign in into your Account then navigate to Edit Preferences > Privacy & Password and choose the pause or delete option under Account Information.
We take the safety of our community very seriously. If you are experiencing harassment, Creator or Fan, simply click the 3 vertical dot icon next to the specific content, then select “Block User” and tell us why you are blocking them. Using the same 3 vertical dot icon, you can also report content for inappropriateness, and our content team will review it and take action quickly.
You can report the content as Inappropriate by clicking the 3 vertical dot icon next to the piece of content that you believe is violating your copyright or trademark, and then in the dialog box selecting the respective option. You can also let us know about a possible violation by sending us a message here, so we can follow up appropriately.
